One less thing to chase. From intake to invoice.

From the service request to the invoice.

More than a contact address

Record the specific appliance or site asset, installation details and reported symptom. Use specialty fields for generator controllers, transfer switches or paired HVAC units where relevant.

A return visit with a purpose

Keep a job waiting on parts while purchasing and the next appointment remain visible. Review the received component against the actual model before service.

Service charges your business controls

Create priced labor and service catalog entries, then review each job’s scope. Generic starter services begin unpriced and do not replace your quoting process.

Payment recording with clear limits

Record cash, checks or offline card payments, or use supported connected providers. Offline recording does not process a card, and a browser workspace requires connectivity for saved actions.

Start with your specialty.

Choose the relevant intake fields and checks, then set your own services, prices and actual stock.

BEFORE YOU START

Know the scope.

Is this route optimization or live technician tracking?

No. RepairHQ provides appointments, assigned work and compact service views. Automatic route planning, GPS tracking and offline synchronization are not included.

Can one business support several equipment types?

Yes. Add specialties such as appliance, generator or HVAC, then choose the correct intake fields for each service job.

What should I check before using payments?

Confirm your provider account, supported terminal and connection, processing charges, receipt printers and staff permissions. Recording an offline card payment does not charge a card. Review POS and payment capabilities and subscription limits before rollout.

Plan the counter setup.

Check repair prices and margin, review inventory and purchasing, and explore location reporting. Use a sample job to review your full intake-to-invoice process before moving live work.
