Start with the equipment your team actually services.

A machine and its removable attachment can have different identities. Record both, keep the customer work-order reference, and verify parts against the exact equipment before ordering.

Can this organize service for Taylor equipment?

Yes. Enter the manufacturer, model and serial for the equipment your business is authorized to service. Does RepairHQ supply OEM part numbers, prices or diagnostics?

No. Your business records its own inventory and supplier costs and verifies compatibility through authorized sources. Use manufacturer diagnostic tools and service procedures separately.

Are maintenance jobs triggered automatically by hours?

No. The current workflow records hours and service-interval notes manually. Schedule the agreed visit in appointments. Live telemetry and automatic usage-triggered work orders require additional development.

Does this include equipment rental, dispatch or safety certification?

No. This release covers service administration, parts, estimates and invoices. Lease availability, yard dispatch, equipment controls and regulated inspection certification remain separate.
