The correct machine or platform

Use frame serials for bikes, engine and operating-hours fields for equipment, or voltage and battery references for tools. Your staff verify compatibility.

Service plus stocked merchandise

Combine approved labor with actual stocked parts and optional accessories. Keep costs and selling prices under your shop’s control.

Seasonal workload in view

Use appointments, due dates and the repair board to plan tune-ups and service jobs. Reusable service presets help staff begin with a consistent scope.

A documented return

Match received chargers and accessories, record qualified inspection results and retain the service history for the next visit.

Start with your specialty.

Choose the relevant intake fields and checks, then set your own services, prices and actual stock.

BEFORE YOU START

Know the scope.

Can we repair e-bikes and battery-powered tools?

Yes. Add the matching specialty and record the relevant battery, charger and mechanical details. RepairHQ does not certify battery safety or supply manufacturer diagnostic tools.

Are seasonal services automatically scheduled by machine hours?

No. Record hours and maintenance notes manually, and schedule the agreed service appointment. Automatic usage-based triggers are not included.

What should I check before using payments?

Confirm your provider account, supported terminal and connection, processing charges, receipt printers and staff permissions. Recording an offline card payment does not charge a card. Review POS and payment capabilities and subscription limits before rollout.

Plan the counter setup.

Check repair prices and margin, review inventory and purchasing, and explore location reporting. Use a sample job to review your full intake-to-invoice process before moving live work.
