Ambassador pilot terms
Draft for attorney review. This outline is not a final agreement or an offer to earn commissions. Applications are nonbinding.
Free participation
Applying and participating are free. No RepairHQ subscription, starter kit, inventory, training purchase, minimum sales quota or paid upgrade is required to earn. Applicants must be adults with legal capacity to contract. The initial pilot is for approved U.S. states only.
Direct customer sales only
An approved ambassador can earn 20% of eligible net RepairHQ base subscription revenue collected from an independently owned new shop introduced through their link. Recruiting or signing up ambassadors earns nothing. There are no downlines, ranks, second-level rewards or recruitment bonuses.
A defined earning window
The earning window begins with the referred business’s first paid subscription invoice and ends 12 calendar months later. Only payments collected within that window qualify. Service periods crossing the end of the window are prorated. Amounts are calculated in USD and rounded down to whole cents for each invoice.
What counts as revenue
Only actual collected base subscription revenue after discounts qualifies. Taxes, payment-processing volume, hardware, usage charges, add-ons, free trials, refunded amounts, disputes and chargebacks do not earn commission. Annual prepayments are limited to the service falling within the earning window.
Attribution and independence
A first valid customer-referral or ambassador link is saved for up to 90 days in the same browser. Attribution is captured when a new business workspace is first created. There are no retroactive claims, existing-customer claims, self-referrals or duplicate rewards for additional locations. Common ownership, controlled entities or shared team accounts are ineligible. A business cannot earn both a $100 customer referral credit and an ambassador commission.
Review and payment
Each paid invoice has a minimum 35-day hold. RepairHQ verifies the invoice, independent ownership, eligible jurisdiction, revenue and any refunds or disputes before payment. Eligible balances are reviewed monthly. Secure tax and payee verification is required before a payout. A payment is not promised on day 35. Refunds and chargebacks reduce unpaid commissions and offset future earnings if already paid; disputed balances require review under the final agreement.
Truthful recommendations
Use accurate, current descriptions of RepairHQ based on your actual experience. Clearly disclose the commission relationship next to each recommendation and link, including in audio and video when applicable. Do not promise earnings, passive income, guaranteed shop results or claim attorney, FTC or government approval. Do not publish invented reviews or hide the disclosure in a profile or terms page.
Respectful outreach
Do not send unsolicited bulk email, texts or calls. Use consent-based introductions and follow applicable advertising, privacy, email and telemarketing rules. Do not impersonate RepairHQ, collect customers’ payment credentials, purchase misleading brand ads or make commitments on RepairHQ’s behalf.
Pilot administration
Applications are nonbinding and do not establish eligibility to earn. Approval, acceptance of the final reviewed agreement and program activation are required before a link can qualify. RepairHQ may pause new referrals or suspend misuse. Existing earned balances and disputes must be handled under the accepted agreement; suspending a link does not erase the ledger.
Commission disclosure
I may earn a commission if your shop subscribes to RepairHQ through my link.
Place this disclosure next to the recommendation and link. For video, include the disclosure in the video itself. Privacy notice · Questions: admin@repairhq.io
