Verified RepairHQ business owners can create a referral link. The new business must be independently owned. Referring your own business, another location you own, an existing customer, or a business with shared team membership does not qualify.
When does the reward become eligible?
After the referred business’s first paid RepairHQ subscription invoice, it must remain active for 35 days. RepairHQ verifies payment, checks for refunds, disputes and duplicate or self-referrals, then reviews the reward. Free trials alone do not qualify.
How is the credit delivered?
Approved rewards are applied by RepairHQ to the referring business’s RepairHQ subscription billing account. They reduce future subscription invoices. They are not a cash payout or a credit for repairs at a shop. Your dashboard shows when credit has been recorded.
What if they have several locations?
A qualifying new business earns one referral reward. Adding more locations to that business does not multiply the reward.
How does the link track the introduction?
The first valid link saves a referral cookie for up to 90 days. Your friend must create their business using the same browser with cookies available. Private browsing, clearing cookies or switching devices can lose the referral. We do not replace a previously saved valid referral.
Can I refer more than one shop?
Yes. Each distinct eligible business can earn a reward. Share directly with owners who welcome your recommendation; avoid unsolicited bulk messages or misleading claims.
Built for real introductions.
The reward and waiting period displayed when the new business is created are saved with that referral. Customer referral credits cannot be combined with ambassador commissions for the same business. When recommending RepairHQ, clearly disclose that you may receive subscription credit. Current offer: $100 USD subscription credit, with a 35-day waiting period after the first paid subscription invoice. Later offer changes do not alter an existing referral’s saved amount. A referral must be captured during initial business creation; it cannot be added to an existing workspace.
RepairHQ reviews every reward. Refunded, disputed, duplicate, self-referred or fraudulent subscriptions are ineligible. The referred business must remain active at approval and credit processing. Approval and credit processing occur after review, not automatically on day 35. Credits apply to the referring business’s RepairHQ subscription account and cannot be redeemed for cash.
