For a phone repair shop, software has to work during a busy counter shift. Compare the same screen replacement, accessory sale and second-location handoff in both products before judging the interface alone.
MyRepairApp describes phone and electronics repair POS, tickets, supplier ordering, team scheduling, performance metrics and multi-location operations. Read MyRepairApp’s official page.
RepairHQ offers repair intake, stock by location, staff access and reporting. Review supplier connections one by one using your shop account. A supplier name, a catalog template and approved live ordering are different stages of readiness.

Three things to prove in your trial
Use sample data and your own test contacts. These are evaluation exercises, not measured customer outcomes.
CHECK 1
Identify the exact model and part
Create two sample devices with similar model names but different required parts. Record the condition and estimate for each.
What to check: Verify the selected model and stock item before approval. Do not assume a catalog suggestion guarantees component compatibility.
CHECK 2
Verify supplier access end to end
List your suppliers and the tasks you need: price lookup, availability, purchase-order creation and shipment tracking. Ask for a demonstration in an authorized test account.
What to check: Record which steps are live, which require separate approval and which remain manual. Avoid placing a real merchandise order during evaluation.
CHECK 3
Review each store’s work
Give sample staff their intended location access, record a repair at each store and compare the manager’s sales and collections views.
What to check: Check that the reports use the selected location and period and that technicians have the access their role requires.

Keep source customer identifiers, device details and store assignments in your exports.
Review open repair stages, stock quantities and outstanding balances using a small sample.
Confirm the migration scope before scheduling a switch; this guide does not claim a dedicated automatic MyRepairApp importer.
Are all supplier integrations ready as soon as I subscribe?
No. Supplier availability depends on the connection, your account, approval and supported operations. Confirm each integration’s actual status before making it part of your cutover plan.
Country, currency and payments need a separate fit check.
The current workspace is in English with USD shop accounting. Eligible local-currency subscription payments do not change the currency of your shop’s invoices or reports. Payment processors, terminals and messaging have their own availability and setup requirements.
