A computer or phone repair shop may use its current system for much more than tickets. Before switching, separate the repair-counter work you need every day from recurring services, integrations and other tools your business depends on.
RepairShopr presents its cell-phone offering around check-in, repair and sales workflows, POS and marketing. Read RepairShopr’s official page.
RepairHQ brings repair tickets, customers, inventory and checkout into one workspace. Test that repair workflow directly, then list any recurring billing, remote management or specialist integration requirements separately. This guide does not claim one-for-one replacement of every RepairShopr capability.
Published by RepairHQ. RepairShopr is a separate business; this is not an independent review or a claim of affiliation. Competitor offerings can change after the review date.
Three things to prove in your trial
Use sample data and your own test contacts. These are evaluation exercises, not measured customer outcomes.
CHECK 1
Keep two devices from one customer straight
Create a sample customer bringing in a laptop and phone. Record separate device identities, accessories, reported faults and technician notes, then progress the jobs independently.
What to check: Ask a second staff member to locate the correct device and explain its next step using only the saved record.
CHECK 2
Review an estimate and the customer handoff
Prepare a diagnostic estimate and inspect the approval and customer-portal experience using your own test contact. Review what the customer can see before configuring live messages.
What to check: Check that scope, approval and status make sense. Verify sender setup, consent, delivery support and messaging charges before using email or SMS with customers.
CHECK 3
Identify every dependency outside the repair ticket
Make a list of accounting, recurring-service, remote-support, payment and marketing tools you use. Match each requirement to a demonstrated workflow or a confirmed integration.
What to check: Treat an export and a native sync as different capabilities. An essential integration without a verified replacement is a reason to keep evaluating.

Starter
US$49/month per business
1 location · 5 active staff
Growth
US$99/month per business
3 locations · 15 active staff
Scale
US$199/month per business
10 locations · 50 active staff
Every new trial starts with 14 days of Growth. Payment processing, hardware, provider services and enabled add-ons can have separate charges. Confirm current terms and your required features before subscribing.
Inventory the records you need to retain: customer history, open work, invoices, recurring commitments, attachments and inventory. Preserve source exports.
Ask for a sample-based migration review before planning a full move. A general import feature does not establish a complete RepairShopr migration.
Reconcile outstanding balances and define a clear cutover date. Decide how staff will consult older records and which system owns unfinished work.
Does RepairHQ replace every service my RepairShopr setup uses?
This comparison makes no such promise. Evaluate the repair-counter workflow first, and confirm every essential integration, recurring service and reporting requirement individually. Native accounting sync is not included in the current public reporting feature description.
Country, currency and payments need a separate fit check.
The current workspace is in English with USD shop accounting. Eligible local-currency subscription payments do not change the currency of your shop’s invoices or reports. Payment processors, terminals and messaging have their own availability and setup requirements.
