A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Does this include live GPS and route optimization?

No. Directions open Google Maps using the saved service addresses in scheduled order. Continuous GPS tracking and automatic route optimization are not included.

Does finishing a visit approve or invoice the job?

No. Visit progress and customer authorization are separate. Review approval, quality checks, charges and the invoice in the connected job workspace.

Do service plans automatically charge a customer?

No. Service plans organize recurring work. Generating the next job advances its due date without creating a payment or invoice. Agreed paid subscriptions use the separate recurring billing tools.

Can we work without an internet connection?

This release requires a connection to load and save work. Offline synchronization is not included.

Are specialized roofing measurements or financing included?

Measurements are entered by your team. Aerial measurement services, insurance estimating, progress billing, financing, payroll processing and live vehicle tracking are not included in this field-service release.

Can I try RepairHQ without a credit card?
