Print receipts, invoices and repair labels

Choose the document, media size and correct printer output.

Choose the right output

Open the invoice, saved repair confirmation or repair detail and choose its print action.
Select the document or label format that matches the loaded paper. Use actual size / 100% when printing labels.
For supported DYMO media, use DYMO Connect if it is installed and available. Other media can use the PDF and installed printer driver.
Print one sample and check text, margins and barcode scanning before printing a batch.

Branding and invoice design

An owner or administrator can upload the business receipt/invoice logo in Shop profile. Templates offers Modern Green, Classic Ledger and Service Detail for full-page invoices, with the active location’s saved settings.

Thermal receipts and device labels have separate layouts. Reprinting a saved label does not create a new repair or change stock. Physical print quality also depends on the paper, driver and printer settings.
