Choose the right assistant

The public RepairHQ Guide helps explain the product and setup. It cannot open or change your shop records. Keep private customer details, passwords and payment information out of that chat.

Inside the workspace, the available AI features depend on your shop’s configuration, provider access and usage allowance. Review the setup and displayed costs before relying on a connected service.

Review every draft

  1. Use the assistant for the available task, such as preparing text or organizing a question.
  2. Compare the result with the actual item, record and approved shop process.
  3. Correct inaccurate details before saving or using the draft.
  4. Treat sending messages, charging customers and changing records as their own reviewed actions; a suggested answer is not confirmation they occurred.
