Capture a customer’s intake signature
Send the saved disclosure to the configured terminal or use the available signing option.

Request the customer’s signature
- During intake review, read the disclosure and verify the repair details and estimate.
- Choose the available signature method. For the configured reader, choose Equinox / BlockChyp and enter the authorized signer’s name.
- Use Create ticket & send to terminal. Let the customer read and sign on the terminal.
- Confirm authorization is recorded on the saved repair before starting work that requires approval.
If signing is cancelled or times out
The ticket may already be saved even when signature capture fails. Open that repair’s Authorization area and use its retry or terminal-status controls. Check terminal status reads the reader; it does not cancel a payment or force a new screen.
Changing the disclosure or repair details can require fresh authorization. An unsigned or stale authorization should not be treated as the customer’s approval.
