Repairs & intake

Find work in the repair queue

Use search, filters and the workflow board to identify the next job.

Find the repair you need

  1. Open Repairs → Repair queue and select the appropriate location scope.
  2. Search by customer, device or ticket reference. Use Open tickets, Closed tickets or the available stage filters to narrow the list.
  3. Switch between List and Workflow board to match how your team reviews work.
  4. Open a repair to review its assignment, due date, customer approval, notes and parts before changing its stage.

Understand the list’s scope

The workspace repair list shows the latest 500 repairs. A filtered list can therefore be smaller than your complete historical records. Use the full repair CSV export or Repair Explorer for broader history.

A workflow stage describes the repair’s progress. It does not by itself prove that the customer has paid, approved an estimate or received a message. Review those records separately.

About this AI guide & voice

AI answers can make mistakes. Messages are processed by OpenAI, or a configured Gemini or xAI Grok backup if a provider is unavailable. Voice clips you choose to record are processed only by OpenAI. Voice becomes an editable draft before you send your question. RepairHQ does not save this chat or recordings to its database; refreshing clears the page’s conversation. The processing provider’s retention policies may apply. Please leave out passwords, payment details and customer records. This guide cannot access or change your shop.

Typing works without microphone access. The microphone runs only while you record. Questions and recordings have usage limits.
