Work from the repair record
- Open the saved repair and review the item’s model and required service.
- Use the parts/services finder, word search or barcode entry. Narrow results by part type and stock availability.
- Compare SKU, variant, condition and location before adding a part or charge.
- If the part is missing locally, review a supplier order or an authorized store transfer from the repair’s parts workflow.
Keep stock and billing separate
A price on a quote is not proof that a part is available. Review reserved and available quantities before promising a completion date.
A transfer request does not move inventory immediately. Shipped units remain in transit until the receiving store confirms good stock; only then can the normal reservation or usage workflow continue.
