Review stock in context
- Open Reports & insights → Inventory explorer with the required stock-cost access.
- Select stores and filter by search, category, stock position, demand recency or zero cost.
- Open an item to inspect movements, exact matching stock at other permitted stores and linked source records.
- Export all matching rows or item movements where your permissions allow.
Read value and aging correctly
Recorded stock value is current recorded unit cost multiplied by on-hand quantity. It is not a historical FIFO valuation or proof of profit.
A transfer, import or stock count does not establish customer demand. No retained demand recorded is different from a known 30-, 60- or 90-day inactive period. Fully returned usage and money-only refunds have different effects.
