Build a useful view
- Open Reports & insights → Repair Explorer with the required cost access.
- Select the stores and the period in which repairs opened. Narrow further with status, assignment or attention filters.
- Choose the columns you need and open source repairs or invoices for detail.
- Use the all-matching CSV export when permitted; it covers the matching report, not just the current page.
Understand cost coverage
Status, assignment and costs are evaluated when the report is generated, not reconstructed as a historical period-end snapshot.
Direct profit is withheld when costs are incomplete, such as a retained zero-cost part, an unrated or running timer, or work without a labor entry. Missing cost is not evidence of zero cost or full margin.
