Credits and optional refills
Incoming and outgoing texts can use multiple billable SMS segments. Longer text, emoji and other Unicode characters can change the segment count. The balance and purchase screen show the applicable offer.
Automatic refills require explicit consent and a spending limit. Managed texting does not automatically replace a shop’s existing Twilio connection, and checkout alone does not provision a number.
