Use the account attached to your shop or staff invitation.

Join the right workspace
- Open your invitation link if an employer has invited you. Use the email address shown on the invitation.
- Create your own account or sign in through the available sign-in method. Complete email verification when requested.
- If the page says you are signed in with a different email, use its switch-account action and return with the invited address.
- Accept the invitation and review your contact information and assigned stores.
If you cannot get in
Use the password recovery option on the sign-in screen when needed. Your manager cannot view your password. A four-digit staff PIN is for authorized clock or register actions, not a replacement for your personal account.
An expired, cancelled or replaced invitation needs a current link from your manager. Do not start a separate business trial to join an existing employer.
