Getting started

Understand your trial and subscription

Find your plan, billing status and subscription controls.

Review your subscription

  1. Open Shop settings → Subscription as the business owner.
  2. Review the trial end date, current plan and included location and staff limits.
  3. When ready, choose a plan and review the amount and billing date in Stripe Checkout before confirming.
  4. Use the billing portal available from the workspace to manage the payment method or cancellation.

What happens at the end of a trial

Without an active paid subscription, the workspace becomes read-only when the trial ends. Account and billing access remain available so an owner can review the next step.

Choosing a preference on the public pricing page does not charge a card. Optional messaging, AI, storage and other provider services may have their own charges; review the offer shown in your account.

About this AI guide & voice

AI answers can make mistakes. Messages are processed by OpenAI, or a configured Gemini or xAI Grok backup if a provider is unavailable. Voice clips you choose to record are processed only by OpenAI. Voice becomes an editable draft before you send your question. RepairHQ does not save this chat or recordings to its database; refreshing clears the page’s conversation. The processing provider’s retention policies may apply. Please leave out passwords, payment details and customer records. This guide cannot access or change your shop.

Typing works without microphone access. The microphone runs only while you record. Questions and recordings have usage limits.
