Inventory & purchasing

Review stock planning and reorder suggestions

Check another store’s surplus before buying more parts.

Review a replenishment plan

  1. Open Inventory → Stock planning with the desired store selected.
  2. Search or filter to items needing replenishment. Review demand history, current availability, expected receipts and the manual reorder floor.
  3. If an exact matching part is available at another authorized store, review its protected target and proposed transfer quantity.
  4. Save the transfer request if appropriate, refresh the plan, then review the remaining purchase quantity.

Understand the recommendation

Suggestions are a planning snapshot, not a reservation, delivery promise or automatic supplier purchase. Low-history items rely on a manual floor rather than a confident demand forecast.

Proposed transfers do not silently reduce a draft order. Saved incoming coverage and confirmed stock movements are accounted for at their proper stages. Recheck quantities after changing stores or refreshing the plan.

About this AI guide & voice

AI answers can make mistakes. Messages are processed by OpenAI, or a configured Gemini or xAI Grok backup if a provider is unavailable. Voice clips you choose to record are processed only by OpenAI. Voice becomes an editable draft before you send your question. RepairHQ does not save this chat or recordings to its database; refreshing clears the page’s conversation. The processing provider’s retention policies may apply. Please leave out passwords, payment details and customer records. This guide cannot access or change your shop.

Typing works without microphone access. The microphone runs only while you record. Questions and recordings have usage limits.
